Intelecare Announces Non-Profit Initiatives
Enlighten TogetherTM Initiatives Reach Out to Traditionally Underserved Populations

New Haven, CT - April 17, 2007 - Intelecare Compliance Solutions, Inc., a healthcare technology company focused on patient medication compliance, announced today a new non-profit organization initiative, Enlighten Together.

"Enlighten Together is just one way Intelecare calls attention to noncompliance and furthers that education by providing access to traditionally underserved populations in our communities," announced Kevin Aniskovich, Chief Executive of Intelecare.

Under the Enlighten Together initiative, Intelecare works with non-profit organizations and provides their best-in-class Personal Medical ReminderTM system to their patients, caregivers or clients, pro bono. "As in any program we undertake, Intelecare wants to make a significant impact. As such, we are currently focusing our efforts on the HIV/AIDS community, Parkinson's disease, Diabetes, Autism and the general Cancer class," stated Alex Sicre, Director of Corporate Development.

In 2005, Intelecare launched their Personal Medical Reminder system, which delivers patient created reminders via email and text messages. Reminders can be tailored to individuals based on their needs, whether they need reminders to take a daily medication, refill a prescription, check their blood levels or visit the doctor for a check-up.
